Glen Bayliss

Glen joins DWFM Beckman as a partner from its recent merger with Aubrey David and is a specialist residential property lawyer who deals with purchase and sales, lease extensions, refinancing, auction and off plan purchases and enfranchisement. He has extensive experience acting for UK and overseas individuals, developers, investors, lenders and companies. Glen has excellent connections with property agents, surveyors, and other specialist professionals giving exceptional service to his wide ranging clients in this sector.
Glen is also an accomplished private client lawyer and with experience in estate planning providing specialist advice on wills, the administration of estates, advice on tax issues and trusts including high value estates.

Glen was a keen amateur footballer and retains his interest in football as an avid and lifetime fan of Arsenal FC and Southend United FC.

Qualifications and Experience

Glen qualified as a Fellow of Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and was admitted to the roll as a solicitor in 1998.  He has practiced and specialized in private client work and residential property transactions since 1995 and was awarded the Law Society of England and Wales Prize for Outstanding Performance in 1998. Glen is a Partner in the firm and Head of the Private Client department.
