Kezia Daley

Kezia Daley is a Senior Associate with DWFM Beckman. She attained her LLB law degree from Westminster University and subsequently completed her LPC at the College of Law now known as the University of Law.

Kezia, after completing her training contract with a London Law firm qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 practising and specialising in UK Immigration, EU and Nationality law.

She currently advises businesses and High Net Worth individuals on UK immigration which includes Sponsorship licence applications, illegal working legislation as well as Tier 1 investor Visas, Tier 1 entrepreneur visas and representatives of overseas company visas.

With a keen interest in business immigration as well as citizenship by investment Kezia is passionate about international immigration rules and regulations affecting employees as well as those interested in obtaining second passports.

She provides a wide range of assistance to companies and to employees including aspects pertaining to relocation and tax through developed professional external relationships.

With a passion for investigating and digging into details she can provide her clients with bespoke solutions to their problems. She is innovative and enjoys strengthening processes and improving client experiences.

Kezia also acts for those seeking entry clearance under Tier 2 (general,) and (ICT) as well as students, European nationals and those seeking leave to remain under Appendix FM (family and partners), the immigration rules and the relevant appendixes. With most clients seeking to becomes a British national she is also proficient in advising and assisting applicants who wish to naturalise or register as British nationals.
